Chris Lackner discusses Tenancy Deposit Schemes on Liverpool Community Radio
February 3, 2026

In a recent interview on Liverpool Community Radio, SBW Law Director, Chris Lackner, explained the importance of tenancy deposit protection rules, and the serious consequences for landlords who fail to comply.
Tenants rights are a hot topic at the moment and something that has been in force for quite some time, though not always adhered to, are the tenancy deposit scheme rules.
