Terms & Conditions

1. Subject to compliance with all of the below T&C’s, SBW Law will, at their absolute discretion, pay you a recommendation fee of up to £250.00 for recommending clients to this firm;
   
   
2. The recommendation fee is payable on the following claim types only:
   • Housing Disrepair;
   • Data Breach;
   • Medical Negligence;
   • Personal Injury, which includes Slips, trips and falls & Accidents at Work but does not include Road Traffic Accidents (unless the client falls into one of the following categories: pedestrian; cyclist; or motorcyclist).
     
     
3. The recommendation fee is only payable in the following circumstances:
   • The recommended client’s claim has been accepted by SBW Law; AND
   • The recommended client’s claim has settled with the client damages and legal costs having been received from the Defendant;
     
     
4. The recommendation fee will be paid to you and you only (either by cheque or bank transfer);
   
   
5. The recommended client(s) must have contacted SBW Law directly. We are prohibited by law from making payment to you if you supply the recommended client(s) details to us;
   
   
6. You must already be a client of SBW Law (i.e. you have instructed us previously) and you are not acting in the course of any business when recommending that the recommended client(s) contacts us;
   
   
7. You must not recommend any client(s) to us who have come to you via any method of advertising nor cold calling;
   
   
8. For data protection reasons and our duty of confidentiality we cannot and will not provide you with any details regarding the recommended client(s) that you recommend to SBW Law;
   
   
9. We will inform the recommended client(s) that a recommendation fee may be paid to you;
   
   
10. SBW Law can terminate this agreement and revoke this scheme at any time and retain ultimate discretion in this regard;
